Orders & Delivery

Orders usually take from 2 to 6 working days within Cairo. Orders outside Cairo may take longer depending on the courier company.

In case of high demand on some products, items may go out of stock. If this happens, we will offer you alternatives or an immediate refund.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Toys Station Express reserves the right to update product prices at any time without further notice according to market conditions.
Customer Care

Our customer service team works hard to serve you and respond to your inquiries. Kindly note that any offensive or inappropriate behavior towards our team is unacceptable under any circumstances.
Exchange & Refund

As Toys Station Express is an online store, exchange and refund requests can be processed only through our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all labels/barcodes intact.

Non-returnable items: pools, inflatables, hair brushes, puzzles, bottles, pumps, clothes, accessories, and any other hygienic products once the box is opened.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Gifts can only be exchanged with the gift receipt.

Delivery service fees are non-refundable.

All payments are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). If your credit/debit card is in another currency, your bank may charge a foreign conversion fee, and Toys Station Express is not responsible for such fees.

For online transactions, you will receive a confirmation screen with your transaction details. Please review carefully before confirming. Toys Station Express will not be liable for incorrect data entry during the use of online payment services.

We guarantee a secure shopping experience and never share your financial details with third parties.
Returns Process

If you request a return, Toys Station Express will provide a voucher with the amount paid minus shipping fees and banking fees (in case of online or POS payments).

Returned items must match the following conditions:

Not used, not damaged, packaging intact.

Original Toys Station Express barcode/label must be attached.

No refund will be issued for delivery fees.
-
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled before shipment with only bank fees deducted (if applicable).

If the order was already handed to the courier or shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs (including any free gifts).

Refunds will be processed only via the original mode of payment.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this website shall be governed by the laws of Egypt.

All online payments are processed through a secured payment gateway.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, payment confirmation, and Toys Station Express policies.
